Sage 200 User Types Explained
- Sage 200 Desktop User: Desktop users are users who carry out tasks and process data within Sage 200. They are concurrent users, meaning the total number of user licenses required is the maximum number of users that need access to the software at any one time. For example, if you have 10 employees but only 5 need access at one time, only 5 licenses will be required.
- Sage 200 Connected User: Connected users can access the software directly in Sage 200 or via a web portal to authorize purchase orders and view reports. They don’t process data and each user needs their own named license.
- Sage 200 CRM User: CRM users can access Sage 200 Customer Relationship Management software via Sage 200 or a web portal. Each user is also named and requires their own license.
