Eventura ensure that all team members are subject to continual training and development, leading to the best possible service for each client. Recently, First Line Support Technician, Adam Worthington completed a Microsoft Exam.
All of the Eventura team members are subject to continual training and development in order to ensure that we offer the best possible service to each of our clients.
Adam begun working at Eventura just over eighteen months ago as an apprentice in the Technical Department. Since completing his Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration and having plenty experience of dealing with client calls and issues, Adam begun to study for Microsoft examinations.
The recent examination presented a series of challenging questions which tested Adam’s knowledge and expertise. Of course, he passed with flying colours, highlighting his ability to complete a range of challenging and technical tasks.
Adam’s achievement has helped Eventura to maintain a strong relationship with Microsoft and offer the best possible service to each and every client. Once again, congratulations to Adam on this achievement and we would all like to wish you the best of luck for any further exams that you take.
