This is our premium standard service offering and builds on the previous two services. It is aimed at more complex systems infrastructure, typically where there are more than one server or site. We will access your systems topology and provide a fixed fee, all inclusive service to look after your servers , clients and user questions. Whilst this is reviewed on an annual basis, you are safe in the knowledge that your IT support costs are fixed and measurable. There are, of course, exclusions such as additional machines and equipment but these are clearly stated in your Total Care Agreement.

Proactive IT support

Eventura Total Care support turns conventional IT systems support into something extraordinary. This pro-active support minimises disruption to client organisations as our expert team members are often aware of issues before clients are and can then resolve any issues.  Unlike other IT Systems Support companies, Eventura offer a proactive service, allowing for maximum efficiency and reduced amount of time wasted for each client.

24x7 monitoring will:

  • Check that your server is up and running.
  • Check that you can connect to the internet.
  • Check any or all of your Windows® Services, vital components of your server’s operating system. Services provide, well, vital services that allow you to logon to your network, access the internet, even print your work.
  • Ping various network devices or remote offices that you need to do your work.
  • Check TCP ports on your network, on other networks or at your ISP. If any of these ports are failing to respond, you may be unable to connect and do your job.
  • Check disk space to ensure it is below a set threshold.
  • Check RAID devices to ensure that all disks are functioning correctly and data is safe.
  • Check your website to ensure it’s up and running and serving your customers.
  • Check other devices using SNMP.
