In addition to the Bolton Beer Festival, our friends at Gorilla Accounting completed the ‘Hell Runner’, one of the toughest half marathons in the UK. 20 employees decided to take on the challenge, not for fun but to further contribute to Bolton Lads and Girls club. Further to the money raised at the beer festival, they managed to add a staggering £1,050. Well done to all employees that were involved!
Bolton Lads and Girls Club is a registered charity (#1051292) which was founded by a group of local business men in 1899. The organisation provides the young people of Bolton with somewhere safe to spend their spare time with activities ranging from sports to enterprise and has been an important part of the Bolton community for many years.
