Established in 1947, Recetella has evolved from a small Lancashire business manufacturing ready-made curtains to a multi-channel retailer trading as Julian Charles. They offer a wide range of beautifully made soft furnishings, including quality bedding, ready-made curtains, luxury cushions, cosy throws and on-trend home decor accessories.
Today they have over 70 outlets right across the UK, from Clacton to Colne, Bideford to Banbridge and Llandudno to Livingston. Julian Charles operates 41 standalone stores, plus concessions in outlets such as Boundary Mill and in leading garden centres.
The cost of running an in house IT department was escalating for Rectella. To help combat this, they decided to outsource their IT support, with regular monthly payments and defined SLAs.
Eventura quickly got to work supporting Rectella, with a single number to call should any of their staff experience technical issues. In addition, the team make regular visits to Rectella’s HQ to check up on the systems and handle any general enquiries.
