Interior design of new Eventura HQ to begin
Technology provider, Eventura was granted planning permission earlier this month to turn what was once the Cross Guns pub in Westhoughton into a three storey, state of the art headquarters.
Last month it was announced that planning permission had been granted. Chris Houghton, Managing director of Eventura commented: “Being granted planning permission is fantastic news. Both the team and I cannot wait to start constructing the new offices and finally move onto our next chapter as both a company and a team.”
Eventura, which currently has premises at St Georges Square close to Bolton town centre, bought the pub last year. The Cross Guns pub was formerly owned by Admiral Taverns, which was de-licensed and could never have been another licensed premises due to contract covenants.
This week, plans for the new building have developed further, with work beginning on the interior design of the building, which is expected to be completed during next year.
As a growing technology company, the design will be modern and provide clients and employees with state of the art facilities and a visually stimulating area to work in. All team members are excited to move to the new premises and look forward to expanding the current service offering for Eventura clients.
