It is the sign of a company which is very committed to good people management practice and we’d like to congratulate Eventura on their achievement.”

Steve Burrows, Managing Director of Investors in People North of England said:

“This is a fantastic achievement for Eventura and I would like to congratulate the team on their success. We believe that good people make a great business and as a proven organisational development framework, Investors in People is designed to help organisations and their people to realise potential, enhance performance and meet goals. With their Silver accreditation, Eventura is certainly working to realise their people potential.”

Commenting on the award, Chris Houghton Managing Director of Eventura, said:

“We are extremely happy with the result of the recent IIP assessment. Going from no accreditation straight to silver is a great achievement! We understand that the IIP accreditation is about our people and continuous development for the organisation, not just for the accreditation. Our management team is working to ensure all team members and the overall people strategy is continuously developed and we hope to achieve the gold standard at our next assessment.”
